My commitment is simple: to empower you.
I provide the tools, knowledge, and unwavering support you need to become the mentally strong, confident mum you want to be. But in an easy to understand format so you can see the bigger picture. As a Social Worker, I know you are not a problem to be fixed. But you are a product of your environment, essentially responding to what is happening around you and how you made sense of the world. You may not have had a choice about what has happened to you, but you can choose if it will define you – or motivate you.
My Story

As a mother of 3 young boys, I have a lived experience of Post Natal Depression and Anxiety as well as Post Natal Psychosis. Lack of sleep, sensory needs baby, ‘accidental’ baby on the way, study and hubby business admin, all trying to make it week to week, and I felt like I was drowning. Every day. Even when I reached out for help and tried to be brave and speak up (I was whinging or feeling like an inconvenience) it was lost on deaf ears and I felt so alone with my boys. Now there were four of us in a one-bedroom granny flat. Add that to a traumatic birth, lactose intolerant babies, and no sleep – I felt this was the worst experience of my life. I had made a big mistake.
After spending years of digging myself out of my ‘mental hole’ I made a promise about this injustice I felt that no other mother should ever feel this way. That I need to do something. To give access to all mothers the information I wish I knew 20 years ago – anxiety, depression, healthy relationships, healing trauma... so here I am.
